Are you ready for the Gloworm Festival?

Are you ready for the Gloworm Festival?

That’s right! If you haven’t heard already Gloworm Festival is back for 2023! This blog will get you up to speed and hopefully answer any questions you might immediately have!

When and where?

This year’s Gloworm Festival will be held at Thoresby Park, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG22 9EQ.

It will feature closer camping facilities than last year with the furthest camping point being just a 5-minute walk, with hard standing paths making it easier for pushchairs and similar items.

Also, for day parking visitors, it is only a 5-minute walk on hard standing paths to the main site, the furthest parking is around 10 minutes but, on the day, they will have a land train in place for people!

However, it is recommended that you use the Postcode NG22 9EP for your satnav, which will bring you through the main entrance. It is also recommended that you research your route before setting of as some satnavs will take you on an un-needed adventure through private roads!

What's on?

On the main stage this year you can be excited for acts including a Daft Punk tribute, Livin Joy, Mister Maker and friends, Playmobil Rave, Mercury - Queen tribute, and More! There will be something for the everyone!

There's more! You can expect meet and greets from some of your favourite characters including Bing and Flop, Hey Duggee, Chase and Skye from PAW Patrol, and Bluey! Among others!

As well as all of this there are also plenty of activities during the weekend for you and your little one to look forward to including Circus Performances, Dino-Zone, Fairground, The Hive featuring the Actual Reality Arcade, Wrestling and more!
