Heinz Cowboy Pie
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
- 2 TINS OF HEINZ BAKED BEANZ
- 8 SAUSAGES
- 1 ONION
- 3 LARGE POTATOES
- 1 TABLESPOON OF BUTTER
- 2 TABLESPOONS OF MILK
- 30G GRATED CHEESE
- THYME
METHOD
1. Preheat Grill to 200°C. Place Sausages on a tray and grill until cooked.
2. Peel and boil the potatoes. Once cooked, mash the potatoes and add a little milk and butter to make the potatoes extra creamy.
3. Fry the chopped onion over a high heat until lightly golden.
4. Take a large ovenproof dish. Add the Heinz Baked Beanz, Sausages and onion. Top with the creamy mashed potato.
5. Grate a little cheddar cheese over the top and add the thyme.
6. Grill until golden and bubbling
