Customers said the gift wrap service provides "beautifully wrapped" and "well presented" packaging. Most praised the tissue paper presentation and eco-friendly boxes. However, some noted damaged boxes from delivery, missing gift messages, and basic presentation with just one sheet of tissue paper.

Kraft Gift Box with Tissue Paper and Gift Message

Really lovely product, my only criticism is that there isn't alot of stretch and very difficult for 3 out of 4 to get on with arthritis in hands no movement on opening the sock around ankles, and on elderly people, no room to get over theirr bomes as no stretch, but design is nice

Kraft Gift Box with Tissue Paper and Gift Message

The box arrived damaged and slightly open, the gift message was missing and the tissue paper was crumpled and ripped. I had to discard the gift wrapping and re-wrap myself. It was a shame as the personalised socks were lovely and very appreciated by the recipient.
