How Do I Track My Order?
Track my order
All orders are sent using a tracked shipping via Royal Mail.
Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email letting you know, this will include a link to your order status page. Remember to check your spam or junk folders.
You order status page will include information about your order along with your Royal Mail tracking number.
If you click the tracking number it will take you to the Royal Mail tracking website where you can get up to date information on your order, alternatively you can type this tracking number on the Royal Mail tracking website.
Please check our delivery times pages to see when your order is expected to arrive and keep an eye out for your parcel.
If you are not in when your order is attempted to be delivered then Royal Mail will either put a "Sorry we missed you" card through the post or they will email you to let you know where they have left your parcel.
My Royal Mail Tracking is not updating
Your tracking should update within 48 hours or your order being despatched, however some delays can happen during busier times of year or due to Royal Mail system errors.
If you have not received your order when you expected it to or the tracking has not updated within 5 working days please get in contact with us and we can look into it for you.
