Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns on all items apart from personalised and on sale items, as long as you have told us you wish to return within 14 days of receiving the item(s), and we receive them 14 days after then. We always aim to make this process as easy and hassle-free as possible. 

Step 1 - Let Us Know

Let us know you wish to return your items within 14 days of receiving your item(s). See our contact page here on how to get in touch.

Step 2 - Pack Up Your Return

Be sure to pack your item(s) up in original condition, with all original packaging. We advise using the box they were sent in.

Include details:

  • Your order number
  • Whether you wish to return or exchange
  • A reason (doesn't fit, ordered the wrong item, my partner/child/friend doesn't appreciate a great gift, not as I thought, etc.)
  • If an exchange, details of any items you wish to exchange for.

We advise writing these details on your original delivery note for ease.

You will be responsible for covering the cost and responsibility of the items for this part of the process. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to cover any eventualities. Ensure that you use a method that will arrive back to us within 14 days of you letting us know about your return. 

Step 4 - Our Return Process Thereafter

Once the return has been received, we will get in touch with you by email. We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receipt. Any exchanges will then be sent, or any refunds will be processed. 

Any full refunds will include our standard delivery charge that you have paid, but will exclude any surplus delivery charges paid extra to this. Refund times can vary depending on payment method, most of these should be received 3-5 working days after it has been processed.

We do not accept liability for goods which are damaged or lost during return shipment to us. We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. You may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in store (excl. swimwear) but the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be used, soiled, torn or damaged.

Any returns received that are rejected, will be held for 28 days, within which you will be responsible for collecting or paying for any postage back to you. After this period, the items will either be destroyed or donated to our local charity partners.
