1. Have you received your shipping confirmation email?

If yes, go to 2.

If you haven't received this within 2 working days of placing your order, please get in touch with us at hello@roysboyssocks.co.uk (This excludes any pre-orders, where it may be longer waiting for us to despatch your order)

2. Your Tracking Information
You should have received your tracking details in the shipping confirmation email we sent to you, including your tracking number. You can use it to track your order through Royal Mail's tracking website by either clicking the link in the email or clicking here and entering the tracking number - https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/
