Hey Duggee Children's Slipper Socks

Absolutely love these slippers. Super soft & fluffy inside with a good grip on the sole. I have already thrown these in the washing machine on a gentle wash and they came out just like new. 

Never received the item!! Also, disgusting customer service. Would not buy from ‘Roy’s Boys’ ever again. Have just moved house, purchased slippers and dressing gown for my daughter. Sadly, old home address was automatically selected by PayPal as opposed to new address. This was my error and I accepted responsibility for this aspect of the failed process. However, I immediately contacted the company approximately 30 minutes after purchase, marking the message as URGENT. I informed them of the error and requested that my order either be updated to the correct address or cancelled so I could place a new order with the correct details. This was ignored until the following morning. At this time I was informed it was too late to alter my order as it had already been sent out. This was despite the fact that tracking showed my order wasn’t actually dispatched until much later that afternoon. When I asked customer service what could be done to rectify the mistake, they told me nothing, that it was my responsibility to try and collect the item from my old address. I attempted to do so to no avail. When I told them the outcome they offered no further support and simply stated this was my fault. They would not assist in any way, not send out a replacement item or even offer a small discount as a measure of good will if I were to place and pay for the order again. I was repeatedly just told this was my fault and not their problem. When I sent an email saying how disgusted I was by the treatment I had received, I was immediately phoned….to be told again that it was my fault and they wouldn’t be offering any further assistance. When I queried why they bothered to call when no resolution was being offered they simply said ‘well we thought a phone call would fix it’. I wasn’t expecting them to wave a magic wand and fix the issue but even a modicum of empathy or professional curtesy would’ve been appreciated. Being repeatedly told it was my fault and there was nothing they could do was not, in my mind the best or kindest approach. So I’ve paid money for an item I never received and been very poorly treated in the process. Would not recommend. Have contacted PayPal for a refund and the ombudsman for poor professional conduct. Certain this won’t be published but felt the need to respond at the sheer audacity to then be sent an email requesting a review!! 

I have purchased the size up for my little boy we love these slippers they fit so well and last a long time the grips on the bottom are amazing he doesn’t slip anywhere and of course they have something he loves on them! Every member of my family have matching we love these slippers :)

Perfect fit and seem really comfy. My toddler can run around without sliding everywhere. Cute design, will order again
